    Have been coming here for years with the Joy knowing me and my family by name. New management a couple years back still good food and no real change besides Joy. Jump to today. New new management. Ordered at 6pm. Told 20 minutes to pick up. Now its 7:05 still no food. Someone forgot to cook the rice... They are prepping orders in the dining room. Change is not always a good thing. Now I have to find a new terakai place.

    The food was amazing! It is a bit pricey but the amount of food they give you is enormous. And there bubble tea is very good.

    Yummy foods. The best teriyaki in town. Since 1988, they have been in business. Impressed!

    First time dining here since the new management change. Incredibly disappointed. Food is lacking in Flavour, and I found a produce sticker and with my red bell peppers. When I informed the staff they just kind of shrugged and said “sorry”. Never going there again.

    New management as of June 2019. What does this mean for the restaurant? A simplified menu with MUCH smaller portions. Food is decent. Nothing like previous management. Sad to see the OG joy teriyaki go.
